Archie MacDonald

Archie MacDonald was employed by Highlands & Islands Enterprise for 33 years, including as Area Manager for the Western Isles for 5 years. Archie is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants and during his career was involved in most of the economic development projects ongoing in the islands.  Archie has previously been appointed by HIE to the boards of a number of local organisations.

Archie, who joined the Board in January 2019 also serves as a Board Member for Lews Castle College/University of the Highlands and Islands and the Gearrannan Trust.
